 Colour4Colour Ltd reserves the right to change prices and prints listed on the website without any prior notice.

Tax

 Please note that for all orders made within the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT will be added.

Delivery & Damaged Goods

 All items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are securely packaged to prevent damage. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please indicate this when signing for your package, and inform us within 24 hours so that we can arrange appropriate compensation. Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom printing services.

Exchanges & Returns

 Exchanges will be available on products of the same value or higher. It is the customer's responsibility to return original items in their original condition. Items with obvious signs of damage will not be eligible for exchange, and will be returned at the customer's cost.

 The customer's rights to return items purchased from our Iconology  shop are protected under EU Distance Selling Directive and under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Any unused item(s) purchased through our shop can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund if it is in its original packaging and undamaged.

 The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us via a secure and insured method. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) undamaged. We will inspect all returned items purchased from our shop to check for signs of use that would prevent us from reselling the item(s) as new. If the item is in resaleable condition a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the original item. If the item shows any sign of damage, the item will be returned to the customer, at the customer's cost.

 Images used anywhere on this site may not be used, reproduced or distributed in any form without the permission of their owners.

 By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify Colour4Colour Ltd against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of any claim with regard to infringement of a third parties copyright, intellectual property rights, or trade mark, due to the reproduction or processing of any image by us on behalf of you the customer.
